1. Clothes Take Multiple Cycles to Dry

2. The Dryer is Burning Hot to the Touch

A functioning dryer should be warm, not hot. If the top of the machine or the clothes inside are dangerously hot to the touch, the internal thermostat is failing to regulate the trapped heat.
